Great exhaust for the price ! I red lock tighted it heat wrapped with HT silicone spray and cranked it down as hard as I could before starting to crush the can and it still came loose on me ! Should come as one piece .

Just what I was looking for. Kids were getting burnt on the stock muffler. Seeing other posts I put a little tack weld between pipe and muffler to keep tight.

It said it would fit, but the muffler would end up under the seat blowing right under your rear. I also order another muffler that said it was only for the CT200U-EX. It had a longer pipe, same muffler. I knew this when I ordered and knew I had both the Coleman go-kart and minibike with the 196cc engine. I used this one on the go-kart. Do buy this one for the CT200U-EX bike. They sound the same.

I used the pipe and muffler on a minibike i was restoring. Ended up cutting the pipe and adding an extension so it would fit the engine and extend through to the back of the bike. the material was thick enough so it was easy to weld.

The media could not be loaded.  It really does reduce the noise and is a very good muffler set up. If your bike has some spicy modifications, Make sure you remember to tighten it extra tight, mine shook loose a few timesUPDATE !!!!Don’t waste your money on this particular muffler. I’ve had it on my bike a total of 10-11 engine hours and it completely fell apart. Not even to mention how it always shakes loose every ride. It’s not even usable now. I wouldn’t buy it again

Does the work as exhaust pipe.- A bit short.- No improvement of noise factor than what the original one had.

This worked great on our Coleman CT200U. Bolts right up nice and easy and is tucked away under the seat. Combined with an aftermarket air filter and new carb jet it wakes this bike right up on the low and mid range. Well worth it.

Awesome Nicely tucked under the seat right out of the way. No more burning your pants or leg.
