Best CPAP mask to date
I’ve been a CPAP wearer for over 20 years, and this is the best nasal mask I’ve ever worn. I was skeptical when I saw it only rested against the bottom of your nostrils, but it indeed works well and stays in place. I figure it might stretch out faster but the plus is no clips and the hose comes off top of your head not in front of your face where some masks can vent into your eyes. This one is a keeper!

These are way better than the original that came with the head gear. No hard plastic piece in the center it is all soft silicone

Good Quality, Better Price
This ResMed AirFit N30i cushion is exactly the same as the ones I’ve purchased directly from ResMed — soft silicone, quiet venting, and a perfect fit. The best part? It's cheaper than going through my insurance or buying directly from ResMed. Highly recommend for anyone needing a replacement cushion.

The Changed the Design
The design is changed and now has like a mesh thing on the front of the device. I had a hard time with it staying in on the one side of my mask, it was like it was a smidge too short or small or something. IDK it didn't fit as well as my old device that has the same model # . I finally had to pull the cloth protective padding down on my mask to cover both sides of the device so it wouldn't pop off in the middle of the night. Once I made this adjustment, it now works better and I am not up all night having to re-adjust it. The old kind with out the mesh breathing thing, did not give me these problems.

Well made, reasonably priced
Fit my mask and work well. Has the little filter in front that I feel is beneficial. Is as described. Much less expensive than getting from the CPAP providers.

Two models-see picture
There are two models of this. One has a filter over the exhale port and soft front. This is the ResMed and best option. The cheap copycat has a solid plastic front and no filter over the exhale port making it useless. Most of the bad reviews use the solid plastic front. The used model, the one on top, is the ResMed model, the one on the bottom is the fake model.

Might be B quality stuff
It makes a horrible whining sound. I added a piece of packing tape to 1 side of the perforated piece and it stopped the noise. Never thought I'd find a defective unit.
