I purchased this wedge for my 86 year old neighbor who has major back problems sleeping, he though it would allow him to sleep in a bed by elevating his head. He has had to sleep in a recliner, which elevated his head to where he could get some rest. I'll keep this as short as I can: Either the so-called air pump in the above ad(the PP-1030) or, the wedge don't fit or work together. In other words, "NONE", no, not one of the pump's fittings fit the wedge.... or the other way around: the wedges fitting "DON'T FIT the pump". Either way, my neighbor had to put tape on the pump fitting that came the closes to working, but was still under-size, in order to get air pumped into the wedge. Even using this make-shift set up it is a major battle for him to pump it up and try to disconnect the pump and plug the wedge fitting BEFORE IT ALL GOES FLAT! There is no "CHECK VALE" in the wedges tubing to block the air escaping while your trying to get the plug in to block the escaping air!>!!! There's one more "MAJOR PROBLEM".... the wedges inflate valve is only about an "INCH" long, you CAN NOT get a hold on it, to plug it when the wedge is inflated. It's impossible to plug when fully inflated because you can't get a grip on the inflate valve until enough air escapes to allow a good grip on it! I can not express how bad I felt whild watching this bent over 86 year old man trying to get it pumped up. All the time he's telling me..... I'll fix it, and continues fighting a losing battle. After about six or seven times both of us working together made it work. What a joke, Seniors beware!

Perhaps this items is okay, but since it had scuffs and the plastic bag was very roughly sealed with sticky tape, decided to return.

I bought this at Amazon's suggestion to go with my ObboMed pillow but the insert does not fit at all well with the pillow it's designed to work with. It's very cheaply made so I sent both back and am going to order a new pillow and bring my handheld balloon pump instead.

The pump nozzle did not fit in the inflatable travel pillow hole area. It was advertised that it would fit. Disappointed, had to return item.

The pump is all plastic and works well until now. Quality is medium and the hose that connects to the pump base is plastic of low quality.once broken it will be a challenge to fit it to the pump

Good for a price, has different adapter so it’s really helpful
