Perfect for school project! Wire it up right!
Used this for a school project for my son. It's not anything fancy but it got the job done and the kids liked it. I saw another review about it almost starting a fire and when I first wired it up, the 2 smaller wires coming from the battery pack got extremely hot! I called my Dad for back up and low and behold I had it wired up wrong so it was creating a short! There were no directions included, but when I re-wired it the problem was resolved immediately. The picture of it on the couch with no batteries was when wired wrong, it still worked but got really hot. The picture of it on the project was when it was wired correctly. Also, The kit came with many extra lightbulbs. Hope this helps!

Great product!
My grandson needed a project he could do at home, by himself, to get a grade for school. We were able to record him reading the instructions and putting this together all by himself. The teacher happily gave him an A for his finished project, once he received the video.

Absolutely Terrible! Do NOT Buy This Worthless Junk!
Bought this product for my 11-year old son's school project. It's the BIGGEST waste of money out there! WOW! The wires are so small and weak and break very easily. The sockets you put the bulbs in are very easy to bend and break. I can't say enough about how bad this product is. Save Your Money! You will waste it on this piece of junk!

Dangerous!!!
I teach at an unfunded school. Bought these to help teach electrical circuits to my students. These started smoking in class. The wire were too hot to handle…shoddy materials. I ended my lesson early for fear that someone would get hurt. Do not buy this product.

Easy for homeshool experiment
My son loved the experiment and it was very easy to do. Materials are not great but it's ok for the price I guess.

No instructions included
All parts are here, but there are no instructions included at all. Not one piece of paper, just parts in bags.Should I just guess at teaching my son how to do this??

Great for a science class lab
This was great for my classroom (5th gr.) Students were able to create light bulb circuits during Science lab time.
