The only company I have found at an affordable price that lists and uses 100% Glutamine as its only ingredient. Glutamine is an essential protein building block. I enjoy taking this during my fasted work outs to remain fasted, suppress cravings & retain muscles by supporting them through my fasted state! Been using this for a year and it really seems to help with my gut issues. I simply add a scoop to my 64 oz water jug with some lemon juice in the morning.

Love the product but the seal on the plastic container is impossible to take off

Good product
Works great my only complaint is the taste! I just can’t get used to it! I tried mixing into just about everything but I can still taste it. It does dissolve completely when you mix it though. No smell and comes with a scoop so that’s handy! I definitely prefer the capsules but I purchased for a great price so I can’t complain too much! Good product!

Excellent and tasty way of adding more glutamine in your diet
Have been having gut issues and needed more glutamine in my life.This powder is delicious and definitely helps out when I have a flare up.On my 2nd canister already.

Tastes good but sucralose not ok for gut repair
This tastes fantastic so it's easy to drink often. Downside is I learned that for gut repair, the sucralose in the flavoured version is not the way to go - after purchasing the second tub. Would have been helpful if this was flagged in the description or even better, use stevia instead to sweeten it. Would be nice if they could replace it with the no-fillers added one since I have a full tub of this left and I'm still bloated..

Great effects
Horrible after taste but definitely took my stomach plain away . Powder like texture easy to mix , great size jar .
