I bought this Basn Bluetooth Violet earbuds to use in gym, riding bike, received my pair was very excited but after charging Bluetooth brace my right side kept cutting in out and wouldn't stay connected. Then reset Bluetooth cord in earbuds thinking not a good connection. But it continued then the left one started having issues. I was disappointed and so I contacted BASN support usually you have to send several emails to support in other companies to get a response. But not with BASN support I sent one email and about an hour later Nancy from support emailed me back about the issues I was having. She immediately with no hesitation sent out another pair to replace the defective pair. I was very happy, amazed of the quick response and professional services. I highly recommend if you want a great Quality pair of Bluetooth earbuds that can be used for gym, running, biking, and also for worship in church, playing drums. These are the best for sound, Qaulity workmanship, sound isolation, price and the fact you get Bluetooth brace to use with phone on gym, biking running, hiking, EIM cord to use on stage. But most of all is the customer service and support of BASN I will be buying 3 more sets for my team and will never look for any other company. You will not find a better pair of earbuds for this price or a better company willing to put the customer us the consumer first. There goal is making sure that I am happy with my purchase of there product and that they care about Qaulity, workmanship, and production there item gives the buyer. I could go on how you would be making a smart purchase, decision when you purchase there products. You will not find anything better for this price.
