Protects my feet during kickboxing.

The only thing i don’t like and would change is it has a 5 toe glove fit. Sometimes it’s a little hard getting all of your toes lined up in their appropriate hole. I would change to only have one or two straps that fit in between toes. They do get easier to put on the more you wear them. Once on, they work great.

Great fit, feels snug on my feet and gives me extra mobility for sparring, or even competitions. Only downside is that they are slightly time consuming and it’s easy to have two toes in one hole and not realise it. But I feels like wearing nothing at all. I almost forgot I was wearing them! This is a must-have for any martial arts practitioner who want affordable and durable gear, while also getting an advantage over your opponents.

Unfortunately I think I should have ordered a large instead of XL like most people said to get. I used these for training I do MMA and although they helped a little I still ended up with a bruise. They tend to slip down while you are walking (training) while we do focus mits. When I put them on they seamed to fit well but ended up being a bit distracting. Unfortunately I threw away the paperwork so I can not return for a smaller size. I wear a size 9 so I would suggest getting a size large.
