Delivered in its own branded boxInside the box you get 1 microneedle pen,12 micro needles cartridges these include 5 X 28 needle 5 X 12 needle and 2 micro needle 1 Type-C charging cable1 fully comprehensive user manual.The pen needs to be charged for between 4-6 hours before first use .The pen is used independantly of any wiring making it ergonomic , it's made from a metal and has a depth wheel close to the tip , different depths produce different results .Choose your needle either 38 22 or micro ( these are all in separate sterilised packets ) and push it onto the top of the pen ( where a ball point would be on a normal pen ) you need to make sure it's been put on securely or it will just vibrate rather than move the needles .I suggest you first attempt at the shallowest depth first . The pen has a touch button with an LCD screen that shows the speeds of which there are 9 .This is designed for a beauty routine , micro needling the skin encourages collagen production eliminating fine lines wrinkles and smoothing scar tissue.This is well made from quality materials ,it works well and is easy to use . Very reasonably priced I'm happily recommending .

Hi, my pen no longer turns for me to choose the depths, it’s been stiff for a few months but now it will not turn. Can I have a replacement please ?

This product doesn't work

The media could not be loaded. This kit is amazing as it does exactly the same as the professional but at home at affordable price. The size is okay and It is easy to use, durable and has a great results. It doesn't hurt that much but if your new for this I recommend using some numbing cream if you want to go deep which is good for results. While using this I also apply some serum, hyaluronic acid or vitamin C over the area where I use this microneedling pen. Overall I am satisfied on my purchase.

Decided to try dermapen as it condiders as more safer and effective in piercing the skin. Dermapen has three heads in package, I have tried 12 needle head for collagen induction and used with my serum, easy to adjust the speed and depht of the needles, use it on 90 degree angle, no discomfort or pain, need to use quiet an amount of serum, so no dragging the skin. Nano head can be used on daily bases for better product absorbtion. Overall happy with purchase.
