Can't stress this enough, Gentleman named Hunter left a review regarding 5150 so I copied and paste. This was genius and worked 100% flawlessly. I planned ahead and ordered the tap as well as the springs. Grateful for an actual useful and correct review/ information.Springs are sturdy and seem well built. Only thing that's a concern is maybe are too stiff? Time will tell. 4 stars simply because the extra work."For 5150 whip users, simply take a 1/2-13 tap, and cut in new threads over the 1/2-20 threads already present. There is enough metal thickness, that the threads hold fine. I just cut a little bit, backed it out to clean out the shavings, and cut a little more until I was all the way through"

I think they’re gonna be great because they shouldn’t care of my flagpole and they’re extremely heavy duty

I seen a lot of comments on it breaking beings it is hollow. If you tighten onto your ATV just go slow and don't over tighten it, it shouldn't break. It works great and looks even better.

I ended up rolling my side by side 5 times and my whips were undamaged with these springs

Very sturdy spring but l think to stiff for led whips but unfortunately can't say honestly as the hole size in the spring is to big for my whips and l could not use them. So be mind full of the base bolt size on your whips as they are not all a standard size apparently

I got a pair of these for my RZR so that when I go off-roading I can put my flags on and have a better chance that they wont be ripped off when I drive under trees. They're fairly stiff springs, but I imagine they'll help allow some flex to the poles.

These are rock solid. Excellent quality
