I've been wanting to try one of these but needed one that could hold my phone. It is a galaxy S9+ with a plastic wallet and pop socket glued to the back of a case. The claw grip on this product was PERFECT to hold the phone. I was worried to take the chance on it since there weren't any reviews but it ended up great! Great quality all around, easy to bend but still has no problem holding the weight of my friends's huge Galaxy Note 9 phone and my S9+. Best product for lazing out. My friends will be ordering soon!

Works very well,, easily adjustable, sturdy,, useful and helpful,, my hands are finally free,,, the only thing i was worried about is there weren't many reviews,,, but i don't think I'll regret buying this product.

Product was fine not great for the past few months. It wasnt expensive so I was satisfied, though I don't know that I would have recommended it or purchased it again. This week the neck snapped off, right in the middle of the wire. It looks like the metal just failed. I can only attribute this to cheap materials. It was used lightly maybe a couple times a week for about six months. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for a phone holder.

Works as intended. Not recommended for long uses as it puts a strain on your neck. If you have a "heavy" phone it may start to move around if you walk with it.

Only after 5 months in use, the hing is getting loose due a cut at the junction. I was using to click my iPhone during my walks. Now I have to hold the phone with my hand so it won't tilt left and right. I though the product would last longer

This is the 3rd one I’ve had to order as the 2 previous (different brands) neck phone holders broke rather quickly. I figured I’d try a different brand and not one that costs less because let’s face it, you get what you pay for. I’m very happy with the durability of this one and best of all, it hasn’t broke or came apart yet.

Great product! My hands no longer go numb while hold the phone up for long periods, like if I am watching a movie.

It hurts your neck with the weight that pulls you down. But if you have an ultra light smart phone, this may work for you.
