OOFOS Women's Ooahh Luxe Slide Slipper

I have a very high instep and wear a 9 or 9 1/2, so ordered a size 10. I have an extra inch in the back, but the fit is otherwise perfect. I would say it runs true to size. I love the cushion feel when I walk, how stylish they are to wear in public, how durable and easy to clean they seem, and it helps my plantar fasciitis immensely! I am alternating between this pair and a HOKA rubber slip on that looks like a shower shoe and is stiffer, and a HOKA W BONDI 9 Brand tennis shoe, both also recommended for plantar fasciitis. I like this slip on the best. Worth the $$.

A friend recommended these recovery slides. I am very happy with them. They provide support and cushion unlike my Birkenstocks.

When I first put them on I could hardly believe the comfort. The arch support almost made it feel like a balancing act. Of course that feeling has subsided. I bought these for a European vacation, knowing that my feet swell. I walked all over London in them and my friend couldn’t believe it! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the right one expanded on a hot day. It got loose as I was walking. It mostly went back but if it’s hot it still stretches a lot. I’m pretty bummed about that

Oh what you don't know about wearing these sports slides instead of going barefoot - I was having achilles tendonitis and my foot/ankle MD recommended these instead of going barefoot at home and they are like walking on marshmallows and help with my achilles pain so much. I try not to take a step without them on - they are heavenly - I even tucked them in my suitcase the last time I went on a trip and wore them in the hotel room and actually wore them until I arrived at my meeting. What a difference they have made. Highly recommend

I really wanted to love these slides. But, when I put them on, the left shoe was a lot tighter than the right one. I tried and kept them on but after a while the left Foot just got achy. So, I decided to give it another try. I returned this pair and got another. Second pair was much better fitting. I do find that the rubber foot makes it tricky to slip foot into it. Foot kind of sticks. I just need to kick the toe for it to slip in. They are comfortable, but, honestly not anymore comfortable than my Visonic’s. I did go to a store and try them on for the right fit. And would recommend everyone do that. Regular size works well. I found the thong strap quite thick and don’t think I could get used to them, so I ordered the slides. My feet do get hot when I have them on. Not sure how that will work when weather gets hot. Guess time will tell. I will write a review for the second pair after a couple of weeks. Jury is still out as to whether I’ll keep them or not.**Update*. I’m beginning to love these. I wear them when I go for a walk and they are very comfortable. Only problem is I am tripping with the right shoe. I somehow hit the toe of the sole and it bends back. I’m trying to be conscious of it and make sure I lift my foot. I don’t want them to wear out or weaken.

So comfortable! Helps my back and heel issues. Lots of colors to choose from. Enjoy!
