Where do I begin, I purchased another brand of Berberine and let's say, 30 days later...I gained weight! The other brand's pills were beige (not yellow) should've been my first sign and after a week, 2weeks...no change. But I said I'd commit to a full 30days who knows it may just take more time to see results. NO!!! I wasted 30 days of my life I can't get back and I monitored my eating habits, did 12,000 steps/day and 35min walk. Water is my beverage of choice, so no problem consuming water. Well upon my 30 days. I weighed myself and found I gained weight (strike 2 and 3)!I decided to go with another brand and this is the one I chose. Let me say it was same day delivery which was great because the next day completed my 30days with that product so it was right on time. The pills were yellow so I thought this too is a good sign. The next morning I weighed myself to be able to see if I'd lose any weight in 1st week. I took 2pills at 10am and planned to eat my 1st meal within the 30 minute timeframe but I got busy with work and didn't eat until 1pm! I wasn't hungry, no gitters, no upset stomach or headache so I said WOW another plus with this brand. I took my 3rd pill before going to bed (on an empty stomach) but had planned to eat something but to be honest, I wasn't hungry and really didn't need to take the 3rd pill as suggested (3pills/day). But I did just to make sure I'd see the results I was looking for. I slept so well and when I woke up the next day and weighed myself. I lost 1.8lbs!!!I'm so impressed with this brand and product that if I achieve the weight loss I desire from the pills and my gealthy meals, exercising and drinking water, I will do the monthly subscription. I already bought 2 bottles and will do a follow up in 30 days on how the product worked for me.Otherwise, if you're looking for the right Berberine to take, start with this brand. I know everyone is different and results may vary, but in just 1 day I saw results!!! Can't imagine what day 30 would look like.I apologize for the long review but wanted to share with others and especially women battling menopause belly (it's real...lol). I know this isn't a quick fix for weight loss, that's its a guide to help you as you along the way in obtaining your personal results...lowering blood sugars etc. But I'm impressed and sold on this brand.

Awesome product. In last year of November, I, at 52 was at a weight of 214 with an A1C of 6.4. I brought the product to take and dedicate myself with losing weight. With just having my physical now in May running out of my 3rd bottle of Berberine Extract and losing weight down to 204, my A1C is now 5.9. I had not experienced any of the possible side effects. The investment, dedication and time was worth it!

helps stabilize glucose, and also good at ridding body of any spike proteins.

I've liked this berberine and have ordered it for years now as a subscribed member. However the last few shipments, the capsule color changed from the bright yellow I'm used to, to a dark mottled brown. Expiration date is still fine at 2027. Has anyone else had the same experience and do you know what this means?
