Extremely Helpful
I've been in physical therapy for about 12 weeks now for a bone spur and a bulging disk. My physical therapist recommended the $300+ cervical neck traction device, but unfortunately that wasn't in my budget at the time. My back surgeon actually recommended this and told me that it's what he uses at home. I figured if a surgeon that could afford to purchase any contraption used this, it was good enough for me! If I don't use this every day, I end up in pain. After I use this my neck loosens up, cracks, and pops like crazy. It has helped me more that the 12 weeks of physical therapy. I'm still going to need surgery, but this device has been wonderful in helping with my neck pain until I can hopefully get a permanent fix. It is a bit tricky to get set up but once I'm in I close my eyes and relax. If you experience neck pain, I would definitely recommend trying this.

Bean bag popped inside the blue cushion
The bead bag popped once i put in microwave for 10 sec...i had to gather all of them and put in zip lock..Not good...

Hoping for the relief factor by using this
So far it has been very relaxing the only thing that may need improving is the instructions, they are kinda vague. I actually put the hot/cold insert on to long and it bubbled and I had a hard time getting it into the unit. But other than those two things it seems like it will really take care of what I need.

Not as quick to set up, but worth it.
My only complaint is it’s hard to adjust the length of the straps to accommodate low areas. It shows attaching it to a door knob, but all of my average height door knobs are too low and leave the sling slumped on the floor. Once I was able to find a better area to place it (I used my closet rod) it’s been great for migraine relief and an overall decrease in neck pain.

Perfect for stiffness

I was skeptical at first but I am so glad I bought this! It’s well made-easy to use-comfortable and helped my neck and back pain! I have neck spasms from a car accident and carpal tunnel-I highly recommend this to anyone with neck and shoulder issues!

Careful with microwave
The small warming attachment came with instructions to place in microwave for 12 seconds. My wife did exactly that and it completely melted.

Helps for Neck Pain
I have arthritis in my neck so I wanted something that can help me stretch it, for pain relief. This has been wonderful for me! The quality is great, and it's so easy to use. Comfortable too.
