I've been using the Arteck 2.4G Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo since August 2023, and I couldn't be happier with their performance. Both devices have been incredibly reliable, with no issues whatsoever in terms of functionality or connectivity. The keyboard is responsive, and the mouse glides smoothly, making my daily tasks effortless.Recently, I had to contact customer service for an issue unrelated to the product's functionality. I was absolutely floored by the level of personalized, professional care I received. The customer service team was attentive and resolved my issue promptly, leaving me thoroughly impressed.Overall, I highly recommend this product 100%. It's not just about the excellent performance of the keyboard and mouse, but also the outstanding customer service that comes with it. You won't be disappointed!

This is a quality keyboard and initially I had reservations because I 'thought' I preferred a bulkier peripheral. The Artech keyboard and mouse proved me so wrong! The keys have a dependable and solid snap to them and yet the keyboard key depth doesn't create any fatigue, and my typing speed has actually increased over time through the use of this device.On the connectivity front, I have had no issues what so ever and the battery life on bot the mouse and the keyboard amaze me compared to my last model.One layer deeper is the customer support - it is bar-none the best I have ever experienced. The instructions that they provided me in a service matter were thorough and completely understandable including a video that demonstrated the steps to be taken. When the issue persisted the Artech folks sent me another keyboard that arrived within 2 days of the service ticket.Can't say enough, the Artech folks should be charging more for this set of peripherals and both the device and the service team is exceptional!

I worried this wouldn't work well but it does. I hate all the wires my computer invites! What I love with this is that I always have either the keyboard or mouse plugged in and they never loose charge, but I don't have to have both. Really, I could have neither, but I'm afraid of losing the cable. It is easier and nicer than the wired system. They function well, the keyboard is sturdy, and the keys on it are easy to manipulate. It connected well to the bluetooth.I have not detected a lag with the keyboard, but sometimes the mouse is off for a second or so.

I received the product and the mouse paired immediately. The keyboard would not pair and I could find nothing in the little pamphlet to resolve. I contacted support, took a couple emails because of our time differences, but on day two the issue was resolved. 1. unplug the USB receiver 2. make sure keyboard is charged. 3. Turn on keyboard 4. Press the esc key and the " k" at the same time (had to have a third hand for this). Key board light will start blinking, move it close to pc and plug in within 5 seconds. Resolved the issue. Tech made sure to assure me of 24/7 support and the 24 month warranty if there are any more issues. The product is working now, keys are quiet and firm to press. I am at present, happy with this purchase.

Good build quality on the keyboard and mouse. This is the second Artek keyboard I've owned. The other is a Bluetooth model. Both have a minor issue with keys occasionally sticking when new. This goes away pretty quickly. The keys have nice feedback and an overall quality feel.The mouse has a lower profile than most, which may take some getting used to if you've been using a larger mouse or if you have larger hands. The mouse goes to sleep on its own if you haven't been moving it for a while, which is nice because you don't have to remember to switch it off to save battery. It wakes up when you click either button.Both keyboard and mouse hold a charge for several weeks, and recharging is easy with a USB micro cable.

Great keyboard. Had one issue and reached out to the company and they warrantied their product right away.

This keyboard and mouse are lightweight and aesthetically pleasing. They are easy to install and use.

I had the dongle break by some careless TSA workers, but Arteck replaced it free of charge in less than 1 week. Could not be happier with this purchase.
