Eagle One Mag Wheel Cleaner, Triple Cleaning Foam Destroys Grease, Grime and Brake Dust on Rough Cast Alloy Wheels, 23 Oz

I purchased this after seeing a YouTube video showing how it can remove those tiny rust spots that show up especially on my white car (from surface contamination -- not actual body rust). This product works like magic! I am very happy with it. Note: I did not try it on my wheels.

A couple of years ago I did a brake job on my '96 Miata M and needed to use a liberal amount of liquid wrench to remove the old brake rotors. Only after completing the job and going for a test drive did I discover that the liquid wrench from the hub had then splattered all over the wheels. Nothing I tried, and no amount of really hard scrubbing was removing the dingy gray spots left by the dirty liquid wrench on the wheels.I recently came across this product and decided to give it a shot. The package very clearly and ominously advises that it should only be used on magnesium wheels. My wheels are not magnesium, but are an alloy, I think aluminum.I took a chance and tried it out anyway.I'm not sure how much of a difference can be seen in the attached photos, but in person the wheel looks much better now. And I probably spent more time prepping for the work (getting a mat to lean on, finding the scrub brush, filling a bucket with water to rinse the wheel off after, etc...) than actually cleaning the wheel. The timestamps on the pics are only about 8 minutes apart.I sprayed the cleaner on the wheel, waited 30 seconds, and then scrubbed with a hand-held nylon bristle scrub brush. Once I'd scrubbed the wheel down I splashed a bucket full of clean water against the wheel to rinse the cleaner and the dirt away.NOTE: Amazon states this item is flammable and therefore not permitted to be returned. I don't know why they can ship it in one direction, but not the other, but be forewarned.

I will not use anything else but eagle one mag for cleaning off brake dust and anything else that you can put on your rims that eagle one mag won't take off. But make sure it saids on the bottle eagle one mag and not eagle cromecast or something else like that. MAKE SURE IT SAIDS EAGLE ONE MAG WHEEL CLEANER YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. I BEEN USING IT FOR FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS NOW. So please don't take this product off the shelves because it works that good people

While I didn’t purchase this through Amazon, I needed to leave a review somewhere about this.I had I initially used this on already suitably clean wheels so I thought it wouldn’t work well, plus I anticipated to see purple “bleeding”. It had gone to the bottom of my detailing shelf. I got a wild hair up my you know what one day and decided to tackle the rims on my fathers truck. Mind you, they have not been cleaned in 7 years. While the results are not 100%, I was not expecting this level of shine and rust removal. Nothing can bring back neglected chrome and flaking, but this really breathed life back into the wheels. Incredible product.

I use this on my 2011 BMW 740Li. I had tried several other wheel cleaners but this one beats them all ! It easily removes brake dust, grease and leaves my wheels with a great shine. Also very easy to use, no residue or streaking.

It's okay. It seems these wheel cleaners do not remove brake dust as easy as they claim. It requires a good amount of effort and at times the brake dust and solution become mixed together making it even more difficult to remove. However, it did a better job than Mequiar's wheel solution and that is the only reason I gave it a 2 star rating.
