The package arrived on time and intact. I have not yet used it in a recipe but the product is fine and powdery and not lumpy. Should be just fine since the ingredients are minimal. I like that - no chemicals or additives.

This is nice to have around when you need buttermilk, but don't want to buy fresh. It blends up nicely and bakes well.

It's a great product, but I thought it would taste like real buttermilk; however, it doesn't have that sour taste and smell, more like powdered milk.

I think this is the perfect way to add buttermilk to a recipe. I used it to make banana bread, following the directions on the can exactly. The bread was delicious - it was a new recipe, so I think that was partly why - but it stayed perfectly moist without getting soggy for days. Wow.

Great to have when ever you need buttermilk, fresh is very expensive and has a limited time to use

I ordered it just over a month and it's almost gone, to my astonishment and dismay.I use it for baking: Breads, rolls, naan, english muffins, regular muffins, pancakes. It's great!! I was wowed by homemade english muffins. They rose higher and were lighter & softer than ones made with regular buttermilk or yoghurt. The naan had similar results--bigger bubbles with a light, soft interior.Baking with this stuff has given consistently good to excellent results.
