Used this to hold a pretty solid Lego plaque, held up well!

My intension for use of this stand is to use it for reading and holding the page open, however this Description includes a 2" wide lip which would have covered for the bend portion of the book that is 1/8" less but when you have to book bent, it doesn't cover for the new thickness without stretch, and there is a concern for the thickness of the plastic as it is, so you really don't want to stretch it. As you can see in the pics the plastic is THIN. it is about 1/8". It can hold books better if they are NOT in use, just for display. But, if you do that, you might as well get a Cook Book Stand to protect the cover, have thicker plastic, and no lip covering the book opting for movement and possibly breaking the stand.The pricing for this is out of line for my use. I was willing to pay 15$ for a working stand, but not 15$ for Display wall Flower Stand. I was mis informed, which pretty much equals Decieved. I gave it a high score of 2 Stars only because it is still useful as a book holder or a stand, BUT not for any books larger than 1-1/2" thick. Hope this helps!

Only 10.5 inches tall .. so dumbWhat a waste of time just include correct measurements in description … I hate returning things because of inaccurate description ..

This is the second order of these clear dazzling display book easels, they are very nice but I wish they were packaged securely with cardboard or something more padded.

FLIMSY

I use either cookbooks or recipies I have printed out and these holders are perfect for this and keep them clean. I own several so that I can work from 2 recipes at a time and put them each where I need them most in the kitchen.

holds 5 magazines for me but not very sturdy if the magazines are thick and heavy but it’s ok
