I really like this product. It has changed since I first started taking it, originally the capsules were smaller and you could see the coconut oil as it would solidify or liquify in different temperatures. This never bothered me because I understand the nature of coconut oil. This new format seems to have solved this problem however as the coconut oil is always liquid now. The new format is a larger capsule than the older style but still easy to swallow for me and very attractive looking with the clear casing and the blue seam 😋This supplement gives me great energy throughout the day and I have enjoyed the results I’ve received from taking it. It has become part of my daily regiment and I am happy to have found such a quality product at such a reasonable price.

Taking Vitamin D on doctors orders to help with crohn's disease. These are some large softgels which i wondered if i could get down my throat, but despite the intimidating size, I have no problems with. Another size issue to consider is that they may crowd your pill box. Consider upgrading that if you are already at capacity.They seemed to help with energy levels and i will continue taking them. They offered me a coupon for a free bottle if i did a review so that is a good deal.

I have only been using this product for a little longer than a week and I’m not gonna lie. I think I’m in love. I was so tired and low energy and always work in a medical setting and in doors and away from the sun. Well I can honestly say I feel better and notice a difference when I take this supplement. I’ve tried a lot of multi vitamins and d3 support but nothing as promising as this. I will update my review after a month or so of using this.

I just got it for the third time. The previous ones were small and very easy to swallow, but the new version is much bigger (the reason for 4 starts), but not that bad. The good thing is that the capsules seem to be totally veggie and have no gelatin, which is difficult to find elsewhere. However, I did not do blood test to check the before and after levels of vitamin D, but I assume the capsules were effective.

I was told by my doctor to get a good over the counter Vitamin D3. I read the review on this one & decided to try it. Best purchase I could have made. Had made a real difference in how I feel. My mind is clearer & that makes me happy. This is now my “go to” brand. No taste & easy to swallow.

I like that is has the coconut oil in each capsule. My doctor told me to start taking a D3 supplement because I live in michigan and don't get as much sun as I should. I started taking these and my levels are back to normal. When it's cool in the house the vitamin. Is white because of the solid coconut oil and when warm it's a liquid again. I like that because it lets me know that they were created as advertised. Great product!

I like this product very much. I like that it's in coconut oil, which is good for me and also have seen an increase in the Vitamin D Levels in my blood work since beginning this product. I take 2 a day, one in AM and one in PM. I am pleased with this product and will be taking for a long time. My son uses it too. The capsule is small enough that he can easily swallow. Grateful for this product and how it's helped my very low Vitamin D levels.

I've been ordering these for years, and while the bottle I've received had never looked like the one in the photo, we'd always loved the tiny little capsules we received. Suddenly my latest order appeared and the bottle looked like the photo, but the vitamins are HUGE. Not the same at all. I noticed the description has changed from my old orders which said "UPGRADED Vitamin D3" to this one, which now says "True Recovery Vitamin D3."The thing is, I clicked over to this product from my previous orders, but it is not the same product. This is extremely deceptive. We're a military family living remotely overseas and so returning this is too much of a hassle and would cost more in gas and tolls than the bottle itself, but it's always disappointing when you thought you could trust a company and then feel tricked. I will not be ordering these again, unless I can be assured I'm getting the product I'd ordered.
