Nice support for large pannus
I had a gastric bypass 13 years ago and lost and maintained 160 lbs loss. This left me with a large skin flap hanging from my belly. I have had difficulty getting underwear to fit. These maternity underwear fit around my legs in the groin and give me the support to lift my large pannus without causing skin issues. I would recommend these to anyone who had weight loss with hanging belly.

Best Maternity Underwear – Stop Searching!
Absolutely LOVE these! I’ve tried so many maternity underwear styles and they were all a miss—either the elastic hit mid-belly and showed under tees, or the low-rise ones kept rolling down. These are perfect.Soft, breathable, true to size with plenty of room to grow—yes, at 21 weeks they feel a bit loose on the belly, but I wouldn't size down. They don’t roll up or dig in, and they stay perfectly in place all day. I bought one pair to try, and immediately ordered five more. Hands down the best maternity underwear out there!

Best maternity underwear
Ordered medium what I would normally wear and they fit perfectly for me. Love that they don’t roll for me either. Wish I would have ordered these sooner!

So comfy!!
Very comfy and full coverage even for apron bellies. I already bought more and I refuse to wear anything different even after the baby is here. Only bad part is they stretch out while wearing. Still plus size approved!!

Must buy
As a plus size pregnant mama these underwear are must have. They’re comfortable super soft and I feel like they support me. The price was on point.

Comfortable but not for every body type.
Not so plus size friendly. I was looking for something to help support my apron belly. It supported for the first few hours well enough, could be better. Material is very soft and stretchy which can be desirable for most expectant mother's, but for those who require extra firm support these are a little too stretchy. A stronger, more reinforced underbelly band would drastically improve these underwear. I recommend sizing down if you want a more firm fit. Otherwise material is buttery soft and breathable for warmer weather. Definitely a good choice for the right body type.
