I eat a good diet so I wouldn't imagine I'm deficient in B vitamins, nonetheless I notice a difference in that muscle and tendon aches disappear when I take these at least a few times per week. Foot pain especially.

I put this in the raw cat food I make from the catnutrition website.The capsules generally come apart well and I don't have to crush vitamin B pills, so this is great.
