This thing packs a punch stronger than my mother-in-law's opinions at Thanksgiving dinner.The first time I used it, I aimed it at my chronically sore shoulders and BAM! Instant relief. It's like it whispered sweet nothings to my muscles and they just melted under its touch. The various attachments are like different characters in a play, each with their own special talent. The round head attachment? Perfect for general soreness. The bullet head? Targets those deep knots like a sniper.Using it on my back is like having a symphony play just for me, where every note is a knot being worked out. And don't get me started on my legs. Hits every ache and soreness

UPDATE: 9.15.22I say that the after sale customer service was simply FANTASTIC. They understood the problem and was cared about making things right to my satisfaction. You don't find many Amazon sellers who reach out after the sell.A+I have upgraded my rating from 2⭐ to 4⭐---------I got this on a Prime Day deal. looking at the reviews and the deal I bought into the hype.I liked the portability but the the product is cumbersome and that's sad for such an easy product.The plus (+) and minus (-) button to control the speed requires several presses and when I turn it on and press the plus button nothing happens. I have to turn it off and on AND try several times to get it working. I don't have time for that.Also, my biggest disappointment is that the product just isn't that good. The speed goes from 1 to 30. I hoped that 30 would give a deep massage but sadly it felt no different than level 5. I had the product 10 minutes and decided it was an instant return. I can continue to use my corded massagers that I have.Oh, the plus ... it did come charged and ready for use. It is very easy to swap out the different tools.

Let me start by giving a little background. I have suffered from chronic pain for years. I have used so many different types of massage units, physical therapy, pain therapist (which I still see regularly), many different meds that don’t work, injections, laser therapy, etc you get the picture. So with that said. I absolutely love this machine!! In the two weeks I’ve had this unit I’ve used it everyday. I have been able to sleep again, I can walk without excruciating pain and my over all functionality has improved greatly. Yes I still have pain, this isn’t a cure. But I have a much lower level of “functional” pain. I recommend this whole heartedly. It has become a daily routine that has helped a great deal. As a side note, I took this to my pain therapist (she’s been treating me for 2 years) she was so impressed with the unit she actually ordered one before I left. Yes it really works. I like the different settings and attachments, it comes with a complete chart of the major muscle groups and is so easy to use. If you suffer from chronic pain, invest in one of these units, they really do work. One last thing, I suffer from bilateral neuropathy in my arms and hands so vibration affects them. This unit does not hurt my hands, it is fairly low vibration in the handle and has helped improve circulation. I could go on but I won’t. In the end I love this machine, it is a great tool to have and I’m so happy with the results I’ve experienced.

I am changing my rating from a 3 to a 5. See my earlier review below. Their customer service contacted me and offered to send a free replacement. I will add an update after I use the new product.Based on the good customer service and the reduced price, I would recommend this product as a good value purchase.------------------------------------I paid about $90 for this product a year and a half ago. It just recently died, won't charge, won't run. For that money I would expect it to last longer. I used it semi-frequently. It was a good product while it lasted. I get cramps in my calves and it really helped with that. I see the product looks differently than when I bought it. Although that does not mean it will last longer before it dies. The price is reduced also. Maybe its worth it for the new price? My next purchase will be a different brand.
