a little bit too many carrots
i use it on ramen, pasta salads, soups just about anything that needs veggies. soak accordingly and you'll get the right texture or crispiness you want . i just wished it doesn't have too much carrots though.

Not for quick ramen soup
Soak the veggies for an hour. Horrible, still hard in a quick ramen soup. Advertisement seems to say great for that use. Still have a full bag in the pantry, not my go to
