Perfect pies for 4 years!
I use the ready to use pastry from a local supermarket and this has been producing perfect pies for the last 4 years! Can’t say better than that!

Great kitchen gadget
Perfect kitchen gadget if you like pies. I’ve found there isn’t many decent vegan pies available pre made so purchased this to allow a bit of experimentation. As others have commented it is far easier to put the pastry discs in when the machine is cold, close the lid and give the cook time an extra 5-7 minutes from the stated instructions. The pastry cutters work well as the one for the base creates a fluted circle that can line the bottom part easily with no leakage whatsoever, and when the top disc is added the clamp down forms a perfect seal. Love it.
