I bought a plaque for a retirement gift. I was amazed how wonderful it turned out, they even used my company’s logo on their own which was incredible. It was smaller than I imagined but that was my fault, I didn’t pay attention to the dimensions. I would totally recommend JKK , I was 100% pleased!

Customer service is outstanding! Actually there was a problem when I received my crystal, which was not her fault it was mine, I sent a Bible for my artwork, trying to make it really special she placed a cross on it. Unbeknown to her I am of Jehovah's Witnesses and didn't want the cross (Exodus 20:4-6) I should have specified that. However, when I called, Tammy was so kind, quickly sent out a replacement plaque, which came quickly and is PERFECT!! I highly recommend their services! Not only is it a great product, customer satisfaction is important to this company!
