During that time I was able to try many products and to learn a lot. So I have plenty of experience, and I focused on brain health supplements quite a bit because I enjoy them.I really like this supplement and find that one capsule has a noticeable and positive effect. I haven't found any downsides. This stuff creates a calm feeling of focus and makes it easier to remember where I put things (I am a bit of a mad scientist).I can recommend this supplement. The customer service is good as well.If you want to stack this with some other nootropics I recommend Celastrus Paniculatus seed oil and a choline source. Enjoy!Original Review: I've only experienced this product for three days now, which is a short time to assess memory improvement. So I'll need to update this later, but for now I will say:Shipping was prompt, packaging was not excessive, and the capsules are not offensive in smell. They are a reasonable size (around 500 mg I believe) and go down easily.Effects: So far I feel a sense of calm, and easier focus. Too soon to say much about memory improvement. But for now I'll give 5 stars, and adjust later if required.

I was starting a new job last week and I knew I’d have a lot to take in. I just wanted something to help me not get a stress headache and be able to keep focus.I’m on the 5th day. And though I haven’t got a headache I didn’t yet notice much of a “lightbulb” moment or feel more triggered to register information. I usually forget details and tasks. But I am in a different environment altogether so that helps; but I can say I feel good overall about how I have been focused.Will continue to use; not sure how much effect it has had but no side effects yet. It has a vitamin like taste but not in a bad way. Very subtle.

As a server in a high end restaurant its critical to know every ingredient in every dish in order to be able to describe it and more importantly know exactly what people with alergic reactions should stay away from.We also are given a list of specials every night for drink, apps, entrees, and desserts that need to be presented to the table without looking at any notes. It needs to flow in a visual descriptive way as to allow the guest to picture the dish in their mind and the flavors they can expect.At any time if I go blank and cant remember whats in the dish im going to look really bad. If a guest asks me to explain a certain ingredient in more detail if i cant remember its embarrassing. Its not that i dont know its just that my brain goes blank sometimes.My mom and sister have been taking Total Memory and see a difference so I decided to try it.I dont know if its a nervous thing but so far i havent had any blank issues at work and just feel confident that i will be sharp and on my game which is going to affect my pockets.I will be a regular customer for sure

I felt so sad when I could not remember things a few minutes after talking about it. I love total memory that helps me clearly remember things.Another changed their ingredients and lowered their quantity but not their price.

I was so excited to get this but every day I took it (5 days) I had severe stomach issues. I stopped after the 5th day and have been fine. I googled two of the ingredients and both had side effects of stomach related issues. :(

I previously was taking total focus, it took awhile for a noticeable change in my focus and memory. I did notice a positive change. This isn't some genius pill but it does help on those days you feel foggy brain. I recently rolled right into total memory and this should be the same as focus but honestly, I do feel a mental clarity that is better than before. It's hard to tell what's going on for a few days but then you can really tell a difference in how you feel and think. Total memory is easier to handle than total focus, I take a cocktail of daily supplements but I don't eat breakfast and I paid for it daily 45 mins or so after ingesting. But, I've noticed over the past few days that I haven't been getting that funny after taste of a little nausea, that's great. I would recommend with the advice that this stuff takes a few weeks to work so keep at it and you will notice the benefits.

So far I think it’s been working okay. My mind seems to be a bit clearer while I’m trying to study. I’d recommend taking it everyday around the same time. I haven’t finished the bottle yet but hopefully I can see more promising results after the first bottle. I’d like to try the other products as well in conjunction to this and maybe the results will be better.
