Cloudy in fridge
Since it is an oil and can turn rancid, I put it in the fridge but itturned very cloudy with floating particles. It usually last me for ayear. Hope it does not turn rancid out of the fridge.The taste is good.

Best hot oil, ever!
Exactly what we have been looking to get! Husband brought some of this back with him when he was stationed in Italy. Couldn't find it anywhere in our area or anywhere we visited. LOVE! Very spicy. Works well for pasta.

Love the lemon infused olive oil. Use it on chicken and mix it with equal ratio of balsamic vinegar for salad. Delicious!

Not worth the money
Not as good as the Meyer lemon oil I got in Sonoma this winter.

I love the oil
I love the oil, I didn't like the pieces of cork in it that kept falling into my pans when I was cooking. It is delicious to cook with pot stickers.
