I am extremely happy with my purchase of the single recliner from Valencia. The delivery as organized by shipper was exceptional, the seller kept in contact in case of any inconvenience. The chair arrived in perfect condition. Setup was very straight forward with video instructions.The chair has high quality Napa Leather on all parts of the exterior of the chair. The leather feels very durable. Motor mechanism feels very smooth and has a wide range of positions. The lumbar support is also motorized and can go from shallow to extreme, meaning there should be a position for those who find ridged chairs uncomfortable.Some pleasant features of the chair include the USB built into the side for charging accessories. I found the backlight buttons for the chair controls to be easy to view but not interfere with watching media in the dark.I am sure, in the near future I will be purchasing another set from Valencia.

The media could not be loaded.  Update on 5/18/2023, today my replacement seat back was delivered "white glove" and setup. The customer support for the fix was very good, thanks Bethany!I'd feel comfortable ordering furniture again from this company. Very satisfied with my chairs and overall purchase after being taken care of.Things can arrive sometimes in a bad state, and we depend on the company to make it right. The broken chair back was likely due to a knot in the wood or some failed part. Glad to have everything back and right.----------------This is an honest review of someone who ordered these chairs. I ordered these chairs sight unseen from Amazon in March 2023 based on reviews from YouTube and Amazon. They delivered within a reasonable time frame and were easy to assemble. The two chairs are very attractive and the leather seems to be high quality. These chairs are placed in an Office/TV sitting room and have only had minimal use (watched 3 movies total) in the past two weeks. The only users of the chairs are adults only of height/weight 5'10" 190lbs.During use one of the chairs was in a reclined position, about 50% back, and it suddenly made a "popping" sound and the seat back fell back another 10 inches. It was clear at the time something had broken or the metal hinges had failed. The chair back would not return to the normal position using the electric recline mechanism or manually.The seat back was removed from the base by releasing the metal hinges and it was obvious the chair back bracket was broken. See the uploaded video. It's quite concerning to me that within the first month I would experience such a failure in the unit. I didn't see any reviews or reports of similar mechanical or hardware issues.I've reported the failure to the manufacturer via email so hopefully they will respond and correct the issue. If the manufacturer responds and corrects the issue in a timely manner, I will return to this review and change the overall rating, otherwise I will be returning the furniture.

I purchased these chairs as a gift to me and my significant other to put in our entertainment space for just he and I to enjoy. Because of the price and quality, I didn’t want to buy for the children and our guests to tear apart. Let me start by saying, I received my chairs two days in advance of what my original shipping date was to be. The customer devices was AMAZING! Bethany sent me an email through the site I purchased to speak with me to let me know that it was shipped and she would be calling after delivery to make sure I received my product and to confirm that everything was intact. Shipping went GREAT! The package was wrapped to perfection for shipping across country. After speaking with her, she also stated that she would call be back in a week to find out if I was happy with the product and the the quality of it. I was pleased to receive a titanium tray for serving that attaches to the chair. The quality of the leather is AMAZING! This chair is one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve sat in a very long time. I have back issues and when I say I wish I could fit the chair in my bedroom..it’s an understatement! I fell asleep the first time I sat in it! I adore the blue track lighting on the bottom of the chair, which is very useful because we have a 70” tv mounted, black out curtains, scones with a dimmer, and surround sound so it gives the look a feel of a movie theater. Once my youngest becomes a teenager I plan on purchasing the row of 3 or 4 to completed my look. Thanks again!

I originally didn't give 5 stars. I bought an extra cushion for both chairs because the seat was so stiff. I loved and still love everything else about the chair.After 6 months, I removed the new cushions to try another type. I sat in my chair without a cushion and was amazed. The chair cushion was so much more comfortable than my extra cushion.I've been using the chair without an extra cushion for about a month now and I love it even more!A break-in period is definitely needed for full comfort.

This chair works very smoothly and is quite comfortable. It is smaller than I expected but perhaps that's because my previous chair was over sized. It also doesn't go back as much as I had thought but is acceptable.

The recliner was promptly delivered in one box. The chair comes in two parts. To install the back onto the chair is an easy process and then to connect the electric harness for power, etc.. It does take two people to move the chair into place since its heavy. Once you have the chair in place, sit in it to adjust the various controls for your comfort. You'll probably not want to leave it. It's a fabulous recliner and feels amazing to watch your screen, read or just relax. Its dimensions will accommodate just about anyone. I will come back in a few months for an update. The seller, Eastporters Home Theater Solutions and more specifically Bethany, are wonderful in their complete support through the whole process of ordering, shipping and post delivery. A great experience, now sit back and relax, you've earned it.

I needed a chair that would have adjustable lumbar support for my back and be comfortable to watch TV, this chair provides what I needed and more. The headrest adjusts nicely plus the chair also reclines smoothly to various positions, the movements are very quiet. Another great feature are the deep storage pockets under the chair arms that operate hydraulically. This chair is used in our TV room, if I had a home theatre I would not hesitate to order several.

I searched several stores was told there was shortage of leather furniture. Could take at least 10 months. The leather quality was bad. Clearly would peel and crack. NO TOP GRAIN LEATHER WHATSOEVER. Nervous to order online big ticket item w/o testing comfort. Had them 1 day. Firmer than expected but there IS suspension and padding. I soon got used to it and it is comfortable. Wish more neck support, also easily solved with sofa cushion. First sofa I found that is comfortable sitting straight up. Leather is good quality. Looks good. Love deep storage in arms. Some say led lights too bright. I love them; gently reflect on my baseboards. Accessory ports stylish. Getting tray table. Maybe also smartpad stand when this co. gets supplied. The company, represented by Peter, is the most accommodating, responsive customer service I have experienced in 30 yrs. Amazon is great, but I had some complexity in my circumstances. Delivery team great! I expect this 2-seater to last well. People have said pricey, but for this quality it is very reasonable. And I got it in just a few weeks! Fantastic! Wished I hadn't wasted time and energy going to showrooms. I wouldn't delay; it seems there really may be a shortage in durable goods.

The power headrest is excellent as is the power recliner. We haven’t found any comfortable position of the lumbar adjustment, other than completely turned down. We are both quite tall, so other people may find the lumbar settings as very useful. The headrests and reclining positions are very comfortable. Instructions are very brief, but there are a few reviews on YouTube that have good installation descriptions.If you install on a carpet as recommended, don’t use the rubber stick on pads supplied. If you install them and move the chair around on a carpet during setup, they just roll off and you will need to completely remove them and clean the rubber and glue off the 12 feet (for the loveseat model). Only 10 of the stick on pads came with the loveseat, not 12, so I had to remove 10. It’s probably a good idea to put on these rubber pads if you are placing the seats directly on a hardwood floor.The parts of the seats that you recline on and the armrests are covered with the nappa leather. The outside of the armrests and the back of the chairs are probably vinyl, but the colour matching with the leather is excellent.
