I needed this to be handy for when we go camping and fishing and hunting. Accidents happen when you are out and no doctors are available,it can save lives.

Seems like good quality stuff but bought for a "just in case" incident with no medical help available. Hoping it will never be used but it's cheap insurance.

If you have pets this is a must have! You never know when something happens and you have a open cut that needs treatment. Plus you will save a lot of money to keep from going to a vet. I will always have one of these kits on hand from now on

Haven't had to use this item yet... thankfully; so can't review properly. Seems well made, sealed, sterile, and fully capable of it's intended use. Was purchased for a 'comprehensive' trauma-kit/blowout IFAK bag setup for dire emergencies, and/or 'off-grid' from any possible accessible medical aid. Should have been carrying one of these for years.This is NOT for a 'boo-boo' kit.Much easier to use, less scarring, and less risk of infections than with sutures. (Not for use on deeper cuts)Research and training are highly encouraged before use of this device.

Bought this for just in case and I ended up needing it within a week of buying it. We were processing a 800 lb hog and the person holding the hog moved in, blade slipped and went straight into my knee. Grabbed the first aid kit, where this is kept, and cleaned it well. I know how to do stitches with a normal fish hook and fishing line but this makes everything more sterile and the process is the same. If you've never done stitches before buy some fake skin and practice. It does hurt and you can mess things up but this works great when you live in the middle of no where and need a quick fix

This was just perfect for us. We have added it to our emergency medical kit. It is compact yet sturdy. Have not stapled anyone yet, but have handled and familiarized myself to be ready.
