very convenient but burst after two weeks. I followed directions and depressurized after every use. If it had not burst, I would have given it high marks. Thankfully, Amazon allowed me to return it. I love Amazon's great esteem for their customers.Update July 20, 2016. Manufacturer contacted me today by telephone and email and offered a free upgraded hose to replace the one that had burst, at no charge. Amazon had already issued a refund. Based upon the manufacturer's efforts to resolve and remedy the situation, I am revising my review to 5 stars. If the new product is not satisfactory or not received for any reason, I will update the review accordingly however, the manufacturer stated that the hose had been improved.

BUYER BEWARE! The hose blew up after 5 weeks. It was lightly used, stored in the garage 75% of the time, and it still blew up. I am so frustrated!Pros - Super light weight. Nice brass fittingsCons - Cheap nozzle. Poor quality inner hose. Impossible to use with a sprinkler head. The hose either retracts when it is not pressurized, taking the sprinkler head with it, or if you have the valve closed and the hose expanded, you get drenched by the sprinkler head when you open the valve.Bottom line, don't buy it. I found one that is of much better quality at Lowe's (The brand is called Zero G). It's not as light as this particular hose (yet still MUCH lighter than a regular hose), and doesn't retract, but it still has the extreme flexibility and most of the other advantages that the expanding hose does! Unfortunately, now i'm stuck with a $40 piece of junk, and I have no idea how to get my "12 month refund" because it is past the Amazon return window.Please do yourself a favor and buy something else.

You can pour more water from a bottle faster than this hose will flow! Works okay if you're not actually in the need of normal garden hose flow or pressure.

This hose is worth every penny it is 50'. Compared to other hoses it is light weight not bulky when it is put on the hose reeland shipping on this Hose was very quick with (Prime). It's very convenient when the water comes out so it does not sit in your hose, like a traditional hose, until the next use.This is probably the easiest best water hose I've EVER used in my life!! I can turn the water off at the end without having to walk all the way back to the shut off or buy an attachment.They are so much better than traditional hoses since my plants don't get damaged by them when I pull for more hose and they weight a lot less than traditional hoses.

so easy to wind back up, never gets knotted or twisted up and so light weight!***** Update: It has been only 3 months and the hose has busted! I let all the water out after each use and barley even have used it. Tried to see if it can be replaced but says NO RETURNS! What a waste of $40!

Hose exploded after only 2 months with little usage. I tried to contact seller, but all I got was a message that the time to return this product had expired. I ordered 2, and 1 is still working fine, so if this is replaced the product (so far) is a 4 star product.

I was skeptical about using one of these hoses, until I tried one. Wow! What a cool invention. Unlike a conventional hose, it's light weight, does not tangle or kink, and shrinks up to almost nothing! The only caveat I would have is to be sure to purchase a good quality hose as I have had some other, cheaper, brands and they have burst open within a few weeks.
