Q: Can this be used on a swimming pool diving board?

This material is a fine grade non-slip tape used in applications such as tubs, showers and other wet locations. Surfaces for any application should be clean, dry and smooth. Not intended for textured surfaces.

Q: how long do i wait after install before i can use bathtub?

Use your tub immediately after installation. No cure time needed. This is good stuff. Follow directions and lay it down smoothly. No air bubbles. If you get an air-bubble, just poke it with a pin and press air bubble out. Happy tubbing.

Q: Can it also be applied to the sides to cover peeling paint, or would that be too difficult?

Actually it has really good adhesion and would stick to the sides.
