Very solid rope
A heavy, solid jump rope. Exactly what I was looking for. The handles do not rotate but this isn't a problem. Just simply hold it loosely as you jump and allow it to turn on its own. You won't be skipping this rope fast do to the weight

Good overall workout
Kinda hard on your wrist but gives a complete workout

Solid construction, could use rotating handles
This is my first weighted jump rope. The weight definitely makes the work out more intense. I've issue things that would make this a 5 star product is if it included rotating handles. It's a well made product, however I usually have to put it down before it's like to die to wrist pain, rather than exhaustion. Still, a solid jump rope worth considering for your workouts.

Hard to turn with handles
The quality of this item is great but once you start jumping it’s hard to turn the handles. They don’t have a swivel or anything so you have to almost let go of it while you’re jumping or let it get twisted. I returned /:
