Solid, Slim, Quiet & Efficient. Love It!
Ever since having purchased it 2 months ago, this fan has been comfortably running 24/7 quietly in our main room. The oscillating feature provides fresh air shared with everyone in the entire room with an attractive, slim profile (nothing like std. table fans). At night, with the window open, it pulls in plenty of cool air to cool down the room & kitchen, providing great comfort inside with daytime temps over 100 degrees outside (windows closed mid-morning). The quiet/soft sound might be called relaxing white noise at night ~ somewhat addictive. I tried turning the fan off, but missed the brush of cooler air & light sound, so quickly turned it back on (w/ the remote, I didn't even have to get off the couch, a +). The height is perfect to place in-front of a window, or at the foot of the bed (= ease of mobility is a +). I plan to use it in the Winter as well, to share the heat from our one wall heater, for all the reasons mentioned above. If even my Husband say's it's a great fan, you can't go wrong.

I liked the product until the oscillator broke
I liked this fan until it broke. It was quiet and the oscillator feature was a nice feature to move air throughout my apartment. However, I woke up in the middle of the night to a sudden loud clicking sound every 6-8 seconds as the oscillator moved. Something was obviously wrong.I took apart the base of the fan to find out what was going on. There is a small motor that moves a metal arm along a track (picture attached). The metal arm is connected to a rotator plate via a plastic connection that runs through the track and allows the fan to oscillate. In my case the plastic connection to the rotator plate snapped off. The unfortunate thing is I don’t think it can be fixed, at least not unless the entire rotator plate can be replaced. The break occurred spontaneously after 2 months of nightly usage. It’s concerning that the same kind of issue could happen to anyone considering the low quality plastic oscillator. It’s still a good fan. Just now it will have to be stationary. Just warning others if the oscillator feature is something you cannot live without.

It's a fan.
It is a nice-looking fan. REMOTE CONTROL: very light. While it is "portable & compact" it is quite HEAVY FOR A SENIOR TO MOVE AROUND. NOISE: quiet on level 1; level 2 is a bit louder, etc. Not uncomfortably loud.. COOLING -- WATER TANK: it is difficult to see the minimum and maximum levels. Fan not to be operated on "cooling" below minimum and above maximum. If you overfill the tank, when you put in the ice box containers, it will overflow. It states that in the literature HOWEVER IF THE MINIMUM & MAXIMUM LEVELS WERE EASIER TO SEE IT WOULD BE A BIG HELP. ICE BOX CONTAINERS AND OPENING: the plastic opening in back is DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND QUITE SHARP. Nowhere in the "manual" does it state you have to squeeze it to get it out. You cannot put your hand into the tank with the back on. The ice box containers easily slide in there but to get them out, you have to totally remove the door. I have small hands. No one with a normal-sized hand would be able to reach in to extract the coolers. SLEEP MODE: I very much like that the light turns off. COOLING: it makes a bit of a difference. I would not purchase another one, especially at that price.

Quiet, sleek and FABULOUS!!!
I received my tower fan rather quickly from Amazon. It was packed securely in a sturdy box with styrofoam to keep it from sliding around. My first impression was “Wow! This is really tall!” But I couldn’t wait to try it out. I’ve bought other fans from this company and have been highly satisfied by them. (Especially the rechargeable fans that I take out to the field with me in the dead of summer!)I’ve been playing around with the features of the fan. It’s quiet and sleek and can fit anywhere in your home without sticking out like a sore thumb. It has different modes, including a timer, sleep mode and more. It’s so easy to program and operate. It’s only been 24 hours, but this fan is INCREDIBLE!!!I’ll post another update in a couple of weeks, so keep an eye out!😉

Thought it was a good purchase but I think otherwise..
Being that I had cheap fan before, I figured I’d upgrade to this fan. I was excited to receive the fan because it was very nice and not so expensive as the one I seen in store. Besides the fact, I received it and plugged it in. Easy to put to together, no tools required. Here’s the thing, I live in HOT ARIZONA so this fan stays on for quiet a while. I’d say not even a month in the oscillator goes out. When I try to contact someone I don’t get a hold of anyone. The fan is nice overall, the speed could be more because when you put on max it feels as if you just turned it on. I gave three stars due to the fact the oscillator went out quick and the speed on high mode feels like regular.

Tower Fan is Very Quiet & Sleek!
I usually use a traditional fan with but decided to give the tower fan a try.I was very skeptical about a tower fan because they have been know to make a lot of noise in oscillation mode. This brand was very easy to put together, no tools required. The fan is very quiet and provides a powerful surge of cool air even on "low".My fan is placed at my bedside since my room tends to get hot and stuffy especially during the warmer weather. It is sleek and takes up minimal space and easy to use. The digital display is bright and will luminate when a command is given. The lit display automatically turns off after 10 seconds which is nice particularly at night in my room when I prefer to be in total darkness.I highly recommend and will purchase additional fan in the near future for our living room.

DOES NOT BLOW AIR LIKE IT'S A $100 FAN ONLY LASTED ME ONE MONTH
Looking at this fan from amazon's website, you'd think it would certainly blow enough air to cool your room or area you need to use it at. However, even with the 3 modes it has because let's be honest, you're not buying this product for noise level or sleep mode, it doesn't even compete with my old busted up fan. I still feel like I need something else to cool me down and it's just me in my own room, so I imagine what everyone else is going through. I wouldn't buy this again nor recommend it, but I do like how it gives you a remote you can use from a distance. Oh by the way, it broke on me after a month so please, SAVE YOUR MONEY
