good snack with protein
Love these. It is something I learned at Weight watchers Place how many you want to eat on a microwave plate. Sprinkle grated Mozzarella cheese on each one and place in microwave for one minute. enjoy

Wasa Multigrain is Low calorie, above average dietary fiber, low sodium, low/no fat.
I highly recommend for people wanting to boost dietary fiber consumption in order to lose weight, while consuming products with a healthier label.I've been ordering these Wasa Multigrain and occasionally the Rye Crisp by the case for a few years. This product is what I would consider low in calories, high fiber and low/no fat, no sugar, low sodium content, have led to some significant body composition improvements for me. I have Wasa to thank for this transformation. Sure I exercised, and changed all of my eating and drinking habits, sleeping, etc but Wasa helped significantly in meeting my weight loss calorie targets each day. I broke the crackers into pieces and made Wasa tossed salads and both cold and hot vegetable-Wasa mixtures.Once I made eating Wasas a habit, I think that they played a role in reducing my cravings. Sometimes I think that Wasa played the biggest role of any product in my journey, but admittedly I made lots of changes.

Healthy snack
They are airy, crisp and crunchy to eat. Low calorie low carb grain cracker. It is alittle dry but with jelly, cream cheese, coconut spread or butter it works great. Now if you put something more liquidy (such as sauerkraut or crumbled in soup it with go soft quickly) which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. I make Ruben’s with them and they are easier to eat softer. I eat them quick but in soup I imagine they eventually dissolve. I like them and don’t eat allot of grains because of the carbs but I enjoy these rye crackers at least once a week and be happy to eat them everyday because of the crunch and they make a nice little snack.

Absolutely stupendous!
These are crisp and crunchy, yet they break where my teeth crunch without dumping the rest of the cracker (and topping) in my lap. They're a great lunch or light dinner idea: I've been known to mix a can of tuna with oil into mayo and slather it on the crackers. Or I've smashed a fresh avocado with mayo and, again, slathered. Best of all, this variety of WASA has 3 grams of fiber PER CRACKER! This is right up there with beans and avocados in terms of my fiber needs. I've also found that, if kept in the paper wrapping, they stay crunchy a long time (like about a year in the basement before I could start eating grains again). Seriously...give them a try!
