Q: Would these be small enough for Funko figures?

If memory serves, funky are 6 or 7", so yes they will fit.

Q: will it work with walking dead figures

They should, they work with most figures as long as they are not taller than 16".

Q: Does it come with only one stand?

Yes, this item comes with one base, but it comes with three different length posts that can connect together as well as sever different sized clamps for the figures and two attachments to the stand. In short you can stand two figures per base and these are the best flights stands I have ever purchased!

Q: can it hold a barbie doll

The arms are definitely strong enough to hold a barbie, but you might have to put a weight on the base or at least tape it down as a barbie probably weighs more than the entire stand. It won't collapse under the weight, but it'll probably tip over. As long as you can secure the base down you shouldn't have a problem with a barbie.
