Gotta get the angle of set up rite
Lovely lil light , especially when you run it with smoke machine, completely different effect

Not as pictured, different stand, USB powered
My light arrived yesterday, and straight away I noticed the cheap plastic casing and different design to the one pictured, the one I have reminds me of a cheap battery powered strobe light with a C shape handle/stand rather than the one I bought as I could use, luckily this light does have a tripod screw on the bottom and I can utilise this. The effect on this light is like a smoke effect, I even noticed that due to its cheap parts it cant quite mimic the advertised colours, white is just the three colours separated, and so other than the basic GREEN, RED or BLUE you will be able to see the individual colours....This can be used to your advantage as I have it set to a green on the remote but it also shines a red light, with the movement effect it shows the green moving faster than the red and so it has cool depth to the effect.my final disappointment was the pictures advertises a standard plug, which almost implies the item is something else, this is USB powered. It does have the same remote though

Arrived with the wrong mains plug.
Thr item works very well but we first had to find a suitable mains plug to try it. This item was supposed to include a UK mains plug but when it arrived it had an American plug. I contacted Amazon, but all they could offer me was a refund.

Stopped working in less than a month
Stopped working and I was too busy to return it. The light feels hot to the touch but won't actually turn on at all anymore.

The effects are good
I've purchased two and placed them on top of my kitchen units pointing to the ceiling. They look fantastic at night. The remote is easy to use recommended
