Bag Magics customer service was great! Unfortunately, the bag that I ordered, the smaller size JCB bag was out of stock, but due to the inconvenience caused, they sent me a larger variant of the bag free of charge, despite having refunded me in full for the out of stock bag. Very professional company, great communication, and very much recommend all to purchase from them! The bag they sent was great too, albeit a little too big for my own needs, they will be great for my family. It's a well made bag by JCB, with far more pockets, zips and overall functionality than anything else I've seen. Id thoroughly recommend it for anyone who needs a larger pouch/shoulder bag. It is a great size for a personal item on a plane, or as a slightly smaller alternative to a drawstring bag!See the photos for yourself (phone used for reference to size)!

Already tested and a good size for taking a few extra things on a plane ( e.g IPad, water etc) within hand luggage and then keeping under seat. Also good for taking around on visits when on holiday. It seems to be well made with plenty of compartments - some secure with zips. Adjustable shoulder strap very useful and comfortable. Overall a good buy - but time will tell.

This bag is on the small side but it has so many pockets, zips and compartments that I have room for everything that I would need on any given day. An 8 inch tablet, phone, keys, wallet, earbuds and case, keys, meds, etc etc. Great quality and a fantastic price.

Smaller than measurments given. Lots of compartments, great for everyday use or holiday.

I ordered this bag over a year ago and it was a perfect dog walking bag. Fitted everything I needed including bottled water, ball, sticks, gloves, lead etc. Re ordered and the bag Gaby came was smaller that the previous one 2/3 the size and smaller than the measurements given. Am going to return it as it’s just not big enough which is a shame as the original bag was brilliant!

Great bag from J.C.B material is outstanding plenty of pockets even a padded pocket for a mobile phone. Great bag for the price probably get a other one.
