They are great
I recently purchased the Live Aquarium Plant Seeds Combo, specifically the Fresh Water Grass Plants Mini Leaf & Longhair Grass Small Pearl, and I am thrilled with the results. This seed combo has allowed me to create a beautiful and vibrant aquatic carpet in my fish tank, adding a natural and visually appealing element to the overall decor. The seed combo arrived promptly and in excellent condition. The packaging was secure, ensuring the seeds' freshness and viability. The seeds were clearly labeled, making it easy to differentiate between the Mini Leaf and Small Pearl varieties. The germination process was straightforward and exciting to witness. With proper care and conditions, the seeds sprouted within a reasonable timeframe. It was a joy to watch as the green shoots emerged from the substrate and started to grow. The growth rate has been impressive, with the plants quickly forming a dense carpet in my tank. The Mini Leaf grass plants have a beautiful, vibrant green color and feature delicate, finely textured leaves. They create a lush carpet effect, adding depth and visual interest to the aquarium. The Longhair Grass Small Pearl plants, on the other hand, have longer, flowing strands that add a touch of elegance and movement to the underwater landscape. One of the advantages of using seeds is the ability to customize the carpet's coverage and design. By scattering the seeds strategically, I was able to create patterns and variations in density, resulting in a visually appealing and natural-looking aquascape. It offers a sense of creativity and personalization to the overall tank setup. These plants have not only enhanced the aesthetics of my aquarium but also provided functional benefits. They contribute to the oxygenation of the water and act as natural filters, helping to maintain water quality. The plants also create a favorable environment for fish and other aquatic organisms, providing hiding spots and areas for foraging.I appreciate the affordability and convenience of the Live Aquarium Plant Seeds Combo. It offers a cost-effective alternative to purchasing fully grown plants and allows for a more hands-on and rewarding experience in growing aquatic plants from scratch. It is also a great option for those who enjoy experimenting with different plant species and layouts.Overall, I highly recommend the Live Aquarium Plant Seeds Combo, particularly the Fresh Water Grass Plants Mini Leaf & Longhair Grass Small Pearl, to aquarists looking to add a beautiful and vibrant aquatic carpet to their fish tanks. The seeds germinate successfully, the growth is impressive, and the resulting plants create a natural and visually appealing underwater landscape. With proper care and maintenance, this seed combo can transform your aquarium into a stunning aquatic paradise.

This is NOT high quality product
When I got the seed packets, I noticed that there are NO specific (latin) description of the contents - so these are kind of "generic" seeds...who knows what's really in there! Are these grass seeds Eleocharis Montevidensis, Eleocharis Arcicularis, Eleocharis Parvula, Echinodorus Tenellus ... or something entirely different? Who knows? And the low ground cover plants are even more of a mystery. The grass seeds DID grow/germinate, but the seeds were full of fungus/mold spores, which grew nearly as fast as the the grass. The ground cover did NOT grow/germinate at all. And as I read more reviews (which I should have done before purchase) I discovered that some people who DID get them to grow, discovered that they are not really a short (under an inch tall) ground cover, but rather a leafy invasive water weed that grew to 2-4 inches tall.Apparently (as I have eventually learned) the high quality DSM ground cover plants that we expect ARE NOT AVAIBLE AS SEEDS in the market - you have to get them as starts.I am removing my substrate now, and going with a higher quality source. Live and learn!ONE MONTH LATER ------Both the grass and the ground cover DID grow. I added water when the grass was about 4 inches tall, and the ground cover was about 1/2 inch tall. The grass continued to grow fast and pretty tall - then it turned transparent and yellowish, so I pulled it and planted guppy grass - instead of replanting with grass seeds. The ground cover (some of it) continues to grow, and it is about 2 inches deep now, and extremely thick. But, it is delicate - snails leave trails through it and if i bump it with a tool big chunks float off. It also spreads ALOT - not like a vine, but rather little bitty seeds and/or plants float around and begin to grow everywhere - even on the glass! I have removed about half of it after I had to re-run an air hose under the gravel - it was easier than expected to remove.Bottom line - both of them grew, but after about one month, all of the grass and half the ground cover have been removed,

Worth the Wait!
The carpet seeds are tiny and were stuck to the packaging due to static electricity. I was able to get most of them out though. The long grass seeds were easier to work with and grew faster. To start the growing process I saw several different methods people used and I kind of just did my own thing. I used pool filter sand as my substrate instead of aqua soil. I just had to rinse it thoroughly. Then I placed the decorative rocks I had in the tank and sprinkled the seeds around them. The small seeds are STICKY once you get them wet.I do think that the seeds germinated quicker because I misted them with a mixture of Flourish and water in a spray bottle. I also kept the tank covered to prevent the seeds from drying out. A lot of light was needed as well (most suggested 12-15 hrs daily), I used an overhead led aquarium light and kept it on 24 hrs because Iโm home all day and can keep an eye on it.I planted a couple of seeds close to the front of the tank so I could see how far the roots were. Then I would know when I could add water and balance out the tank for the fish. Everything looks great and weโve gotten a lot of compliments on the progress in such a short amount of time. Would definitely buy again.
