2 Pairs of Drew Brady Mens Thermal Sleep Socks, Size 6-11

After a accident a few years ago leaving me wheelchair bound and multiple operations on my feet I struggle now to find appropriate socks to fit my feet due to swelling and misshaped left foot and because of circulation problems I get awful cold feet and trying to find warm sock to fit can be a problem, when I saw these and reading some good reviews and the price being very reasonable I thought I’d try them and if no good can pass them on, when my carer put them on I was kinda shocked they fitted so well and do not have thick bands round the ankles that dig in and leave marks on your ankles, but what I noticed straight away is there warmth for the first time in ages my feet didn’t feel like blocks of ice they seem very well made and I’ve tried enough to no lol I’m yet to wash them so fingers crossed they don’t shrink like many I’ve had in the past but as for fit and warmth I can’t fault them there the first pair in ages that I’ve got that have instantly warmed my freezing feet up straight away and fit perfect for the price it is a very very good buy and I will probably be purchasing more in the future really pleased with this buy.

As the winter months drawn in, it can be quite uncomfy to have cold feet in bed. I know, as it kept me up at night. I invested in these and haven't looked back. They are amazing. As an added benefit, I used to find my achilles would be quite cold and stiff in the morning when i first started walking getting out of bed. No longer do I have that when I wear these socks, my achilles feel protected over night and kept warm, which means they are able to bend and get activated almost instantly. I bought these as a tree present for my husband. His feet are always STONE COLD at bedtime and he had taken to having an extra quilt folded underneath the normal quilt for him to tuck his feet into, but this still didn’t work!! Unfortunately he cannot wear the normal fluffy bed socks that you find everywhere at Christmas time because the cuffs are too tight, and During the night, the cuffs on those types of socks which didn’t seem too tight when he first puts them on seem to become like a boa constrictor around his ankles within minutes. I did a little research and found these socks on Amazon - they promised everything I was looking for - thermal properties and loose cuffs, so I took the plunge and was so excited for him to open them at Christmas. I guess it’s the inevitable present for every man at Christmas time, but I had to give these the hard sell when he opened them......and they actually work - YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!! I’m thrilled that he now has toasty feet and if they get too hot, then he can slide them off easily in the night.

**Edit** I originally said these were black and not purple and if you are in a dark room with ‘unnatural light’ they look black BUT if you look at them in the natural light they ARE actually purple so I totally take that back! They are the most comfortable socks ever so will be ordering some more 😃 If you could make them more obviously purple, that would be FAB!I am female with size 10 very wide feet. I also have recently had a hip replacement so my ankle is very swollen. I needed some warm, gentle on the ankle socks and I JUMPED at the chance of these socks because they said they were 'dark purple'. They fit very well however they are NOT dark purple. If it wasn't for the fact I needed to wear them, I would have returned them..... I literally bought them because it said they were purple :( Would've probably have given them a 5 star if I had have wanted black socks because they are very soft and cosy socks, but I absolutely didn't want black and I am therefore VERY disappointed!

Bought for a present , they are extremely soft and warm but unfortunately too tight around the ankles especially if you are older and suffer with ankle swelling , the gentleman I bought them for has decided to Snip the top with scissors !! I feel if you just folded them over would be sufficient,Other wise lovely warm soft comfortable bed socks , wash well and have not shrunk , they have NOT been tumbled dried so I can’t comment on this ,

Excellent product. It took time to get it delivered. The Post Office seemed to have lost the first package, and the seller, Socksmad Ltd., took a lot of time and trouble to get me a second package. It was sent registered mail - and both arrived together. The socks are just a little on the large size (I take 9 shoes (UK size), and it is good these are a little loose. Too tight a fit would be uncomfortable overnight. Soft fleece lined they kept my feet warm and comfortable overnight. Far better than hot water bottles which can lead to chilblains.

My 85 year old mother suggested I try these in bed as I suffer occasionally from cold feet. I have to say I giggled at her, yet decided to give them a go. At this price, who could i go wrong ? Well, how surprised was I when I got superb sleep when wearing them. I must say I find them too warm when my feet are warm, but when they are cold, they are superb ! - So much so, I've ordered a few more pairs ! - They might not be for everyone, but for this price, worth a go.

I don’t normally wear socks in bed but as I’ve become rather old, rooms don’t seem warm enough for me. This winter, my bedroom has been chilly and my feet have been cold enough to disturb my sleep. As I take a size ten shoe I suspected that these socks, which claim to fit up to size eleven, might fit too tightly to be effective. However, I found them to be satisfactory in every way, warm, soft and generally comfortable. Recommended
