Golden tool
First thing's First, if you think you are going to buy something for your shop that leaves you with both of your arms and legs but you don't have to do anything to make it work correctly then you haven't been in a shop for very long. There are no instructions but if you have ever made anything before then this shouldn't be hard enough for you to complain. It's 6 bolts. DaVinci doesn't need to draw a diagram for this. If you need help then here are your steps.1) get a tool arm for your grinder, this kit doesn't assume the identity of your grinder and doesnt include one.2) use the vertical adjustment plate with the two long rails to mark your center on your tool arm so you can drill. The one closest to the front is 1/2" 13 tpi and the other one is for 3/8" 16 tpi. Drill your 27/64" hole for the 1/2" tap then drill a 5/16" hole for the 3/8" tap. Now tap your holes. The kit includes two half inch bolts, one 3/8 bolt and three carriage bolts. Why tap? Because if you have bolts and nuts sticking out the side your platten is on they will hit and you can't adjust your angle where you will need for grinding knife bevels. Duh. Now order some taps too.3) Bolt the vertical adjustment plate using one 1/2" bolt and washer and one 3/8" and washer.4) use the 90° angle plate and bolt it to the vertical adjustment plate with the other 1/2" bolt with the washer and nylock nut (all included) and one carriage bolt with the quick adjustment handle. It won't be difficult to see what goes where because the carriage bolt has a square base that goes in the square hole.5) attach the tool rest plate using the last two carriage bolts along with the last two washers and the two lock washers. But keep them lose. You will need to align the gap in the plate once you put it on your grinder.6) put it on your grinder. Align the plate left and right so it comes around your platten. Tightnen those bolts.7) This is where I saw the problem. The 90° angle plate wasn't quite 90° but just slightly off. I placed a washer from my jar of stuff I'll probably never use, between my tool arm and the 3/8" bolt under the vertical adjust plate and that compensated perfectly. I included a picture of this so you can look at it and still not know what you are looking at.8) use this to grind super even bevels and tell everyone that you do it free hand you big fat liar. Wear your PPE. Stay safe. Stop being a jerk.

Works well
After installing the tilt table and getting the clearances dialed in, I was able to grind perfect bevels on both sides in under 10 minutes total. Really great tool.Quite a few pieces of hardware were missing and I had to go to the store to buy what I needed to finish assembling.1/2-13 nut was missing3/8-16 nut, washer and lock washer were missing.

Solid but only fits on in one direction and no directions
This is a solid well put together product.2 problems kept it from 5 stars.1. No instructions. Not a big deal pretty easy to figure out from the pics, but a bit annoying.2. It will not work if your belt rides on the left side of the machine. If your belt rides on the right its great. If it rides on the left you will need to modify it to work. This can be solved with the addition of one more hole on the plate mount, just be careful with alignment.
