Great Customer Service. Good Product.
I initially rated this as a 1 of 5 stars b/c my order never arrived and I was not provided a tracking number so I couldn't find out what happened. However, after posting my feedback the president of the company called me directly to fix things. They not only got the belt to me within a week, but they even provided two different sizes, when I had originally only purchased one! Not many places are like that these days so I appreciated that.Pros: Being in the Navy, the old school shirt stays are a must if you want to pass inspection, and/or look sharp on a daily basis. But, they are a major pain to wear. This belt does a really good job of keeping your shirt tight, similar to the older shirt-stays, and is much more comfortable to wear on a daily basis. There are two sizes of belt apparently. The wider one does a much better job than the skinny one, although both of them work pretty well.Cons:It probably won't work too well on fully synthetic shirts/pants that have a slick feel to them. But, it sticks great to wool and cotton, and (in my case) the poly-wool khakis. It doesn't actively pull down on your shirt the way the older shirt stays do, but it works fine nevertheless. If you're up and down out of chairs all day you will probably need to readjust periodically, but it's a small price to pay for not having your leg hairs being ripped off! For a uniform inspection you might want to switch back to the old-style shirt-stays, but this belt is perfect for everyday use in my opinion.I have not noticed any undue wear and tear on my shirts as some people have mentioned.I would definitely make this purchase again.

good replacement for the old rubber belt
Compared to the old smelly gray rubber belts, these belts are very good. They don't smell at all. I personally have not experienced the erosion of shirts that the other reviewers mentioned, but then I haven't cinched the belt super-tight. Compared to a shirt garter, these belts probably are not 100% effective for all body types, but they ARE a faster alternative to the garters. You should try it out and see if it works for you.The belt has a "velcro" surface which grips the pants and the shirt to keep them in place. I don't cinch it super tight [ie, cutting off circulation], and I wear my dress belt overlapping the stay belt a bit, to increase the pressure and help it work. It works for me most of the day. If you keep a lot of stuff in your pants pockets, and do use a belt to hold up your pants, this stay belt probably will not work.

but after giving it a chance I love it. So glad I don't have to wear ...
Police Officer here, I've been wearing this to work for about 4 weeks now. I have to wear the Class A wool uniform to work and I've been using shirt stays. I've tried the kind that go over your feet and attach to your socks. Those would snap too often. I was back and forth between this product and the blue rubber belt Amazon sells and decided to go with this one. It's weird at first, but after giving it a chance I love it. So glad I don't have to wear shirt stays anymore. Other comments talking about your shirt getting holes or what not, on my shirts its just loose fabric fibers and its only on that part of your shirt that stays in your pants so no one will see it anyways. Shirts look good after being washed.

Works well
I'm a photographer and I often spend long days moving, bending, carrying heavy equipment, walking, sitting, crouching. Often my shirt is yanked clear out of my pants, especially the back, in short order. This worked well. Sure, in my 16 hour day yesterday I still needed to head to the bathroom two times to readjust. But it was way better with the belt than what I normally experience. And the readjustments were minimal compared with the mess I usually make of myself. Shirt nor pants showed any wear from the first long outing, but I'm sure this might create some wear and tear over time.

Works as advertised.
The product does work fairly well although the velcro is pretty strong that it may pull some fibers off of your pants and shirt if you zip it too tight. The uniform keeper works best if you already have a properly fitted shirt imo but it will minimize any billowing/muffin top for shirts that aren't properly fitted.Probably need to take some time once in a while to clean the stuff from the velcro straps that builds up over time to ensure it stays sticky over time.

Good but wore out too fast
I really enjoyed this product when I first got it. It held my shirt great. However, I have been wearing everyday for about 2 months and it has begun to wear out. It doesn't grip as well anymore, and the elastic area is stretched. I am not sure it's worth $20 every 2 months. Needs just a little better quality in thickness of belt and grippyness.

Was not a good fit for me as I have a large duty ...
Thinner than the picture let's on which causes it to dig in after a few hours of wearing it. It does the job and holds the shirt tightly after playing with it to get the right adjustment. However, became to uncomfortable to bare after constant rubbing. Need to be adjusted very tight to hold. Was not a good fit for me as I have a large duty belt to wear as well.

Great product... easy to use...
This is a great product. Easy to use and keeps my shirts tight. Unlikely military shirt stays (which I have had tons of problems with), this product does NOT rip your clothes (as shirt stays can do), is not uncomfortable to wear and does not break after just a week or two. A great innovation.
