Q: What is the 20pce glue point for?

I had purchased this and was trying to figure that very same thing out. I thought the balloons and everything were pretty cool the banner was a tad annoying because you had to actually put it together one piece at a time and I kept getting it backwards it’s not the Typical banner you would normally get. I think the glue may be so that some how but not sure for what lol
