Very useful product
Definite must have, especially if you have an older washing machine without a built in dispenser. Easy to use. Pop the top, fill to the line with fabric softener, close the ball and toss it into the wash.

Works great!
The fabric softener dispenser in my washer quit working so I ordered this. I am very happy because it works well. It's a lot less hassle than getting the washer fabric softener repaired. I would buy it again.

Easy to use and great for washers without softner dispenser dish
Been using it’s for several washes now. Only had one accident with it in the wash where some of the softener leaked out before it was ready and it permanently stained one of my towels but it hasn’t happened since. I think it’s possible I didn’t close it all the way who knows.

Works good
I use this in my new washer which has no place to put the fabric softener in. It works pretty good. Fabric softener is easy to put into container but many times comes out of washer with watered down softener still inside it. I just refill with more softener leaving the water in there.

Classic downy ball!!!
Works exactly the way that downey advertised back in the nineties when they made the downy ball. Put the fabric softener in itdrop it in the wash, and forget about it!!!

Hard to find in stores
My original one broke. My bestie gave me hers. It broke. Had to look online to find a replacement, and found it here.Seller was super fast on shipping, and the price was pretty good too. Thanks!

It works
Bought a new washer machine and realized there was no section to put fabric softener. Bought this which works most of the time. Sometimes it doesn't release the softener and/ or does not use all of it.

A must for locking machines-it is a toss in and forget it thing
If your machine doesn't allow for opening it while it is on, then this is the solution to get your fabric softener into the machine without having to come back and check the thing to see if it is on that cycle and then pause it and add the softener. I just put in my downy and once filled, toss this thing in the machine prior to washing and forget about it. Afterwards it is easy to retrieve it and as always it may have a little water left in it, but not much, which is normal.
