great for slicing and chopping, easy to assemble, and less work than lugging out a food processor.

I remember this device from long ago. Always wanted one. It's a little involved to assemble and clean ('tho not a big deal), but works great! (I've used it only for french fried potato prep, but it looks like the rest of functions will be okay too.

This product is excellent cuts very good. It has a nice holder as you cut things they go into the holder and you can take it off.

It lacks the quality the old fashioned ones used to have but it works. I bought it for salsa making and making fries in the air fryer.

Pros: chops everything at a perfect size. French fries come out as good as store bought. Easy to clean. Rugged.Highly recommend.Cons: None so far...

This Veg-O-Matic is horrible! The food tray at the bottom is great, which is why I ordered the deluxe. The slicing disc is curved instead of straight across. When you push down on the potato or onion it only cuts part way through instead of completely. Then it gets stuck and you have to take a knife and try and pry it apart. I was so so disappointed, needless to say I sent it back. :-(

I had the original Veg-o-matic. This is not cutting veggies like stated. Arnold Schwarzenegger would have a problem with "slamming" it down to cut. I was embarrassed giving to a great cook to help them cut veggies. They asked me to try after they could not cut, I had to literally slam it down (with onions) to try to cut them. I had to cut the uncut portions off and try again. Same with baby carrots (see pic).Good concept but I have never found a product that will do the "slicing and dicing" as they advertise.If you are a small person and hoping this will fulfill the task of chopping etc and thinking to not cut your fingers, I hate to say you may be better off the old way.Plus you can't put it in dishwasher - nowadays you should expect that, but not with this crummy product.

looks easy to work but have not used all the blades yet Well It's been 6 months now and I do not like this product at all it's very hard to use broke a blade already and It's not as easy as they show..
