This is the GOAT!
You want a set of 6 pack abs, then this is your answer! It takes a while to do even just one. Remember you are lifting your own body weight. Pretty soon you'll be a pro & doing sets tho. Don't give up. No pain, no gain. I will add this. I've got Scoliosis. When I 1st get up on the rail, I tuck my arms up to my body. I hang there a bit feeling & looking like a bat. This helps give you space back between your vertebrae. Then I slowly roll to 1 side then the other. I do that a couple of times on each side. Best thing for Scoliosis I have ever found besides the old monkey bars! After that I start in on my reps. It also gives your legs lots of toning. Win, win, win!

Awesome piece of equipment!
Fantastic for abs, it opens up a lot of doors. It will take some time to get used to but once you get it down, you're golden. I felt the install was fairly simple. Definitely worth the price if you use it enough. I've had it for 4 months now and it's held up. Good luck astronauts!

Very well made
Very well made and well designed. It was easy to install and looks to be very strong. The only non-positive is that there is some smell coming off the inversion boots (plastic/rubber smell). I have them in another area for the time being and expect the issue to solve itself over time. I am very glad to have made the purchase. I am really impressed with the quality.

height issue
Make sure your ceiling is at least 8 feet. If not, you may have issues with placing the bars in a safe position to get your feet over the bar and still have enough room to hang upside down without your head hitting the floor. I never attached it, but I did hold the bar up to a height that I thought would allow me to get the boots over the bar without hitting the ceiling. It looked like it won't work for me safely.

Strong sturdy
After assembling held in door frame to ensure plates would be installed at correct locations. Finished install and it works great. I did have to place a small block under one side to ensure rocking wouldn’t occur.
