Great little pillow
Ok, I first received one of these pillows from a themed "as seen on TV" dirty santa gift exchange with our extended family. This is now the 3rd one I've owned. The first one, our 10 year old daughter chewed a hole in and we lost some of the little foam beads inside. We did sew it back up but bought another one because we liked it better with more beading. They do loosen up a bit over time but they do conform great around the neck. I use it in bed to help prop my head while I read. I find myself sleeping almost exclusively on it as it does cradle the neck better than other types of pillows. I also use them between my knees when I sleep on my side. As long as they make it, I will continue to purchase this product.

Much too firm (HARD)
I've had one of these for years & love it for travel & other uses, but eventually it got squishy, so I thought I'd get a new one. This one was hard as a rock! It wouldn't even fold, which was what I liked about it. So, I opened it up, took out about a cup of the beads & put them in my old pillow, then sewed them both up again. Now my old pillow isn't as squishy, & this one is manageable! Problem solved. If you get one, I hope you're handy with a needle & thread....

Very hard pillow!
This pillow is not at all what I expected. It's very, very hard. I expected something cushiony and soft, and this is nothing like that. I will probably end up giving it away. It's of no use to me to sit on (ouch!) or to use as lumbar support, which was the purpose.

Not comfortable
I purchased the pillow as a gift. It looks great but is not very comfortable. I had to buy a different pillow for my mother to meet her need.

Best ever
After doing some post-surgery (right shoulder surgery to repair a torn labrum and rotator cuff repair(, I decided to order the Total Pillow. Since I am having to sleep in a recliner while my shoulder heals, the Total Pillow really helps keep my arm in the correct position so I can sleep with the least amount of discomfort. Best investment I've made in a long time!

We used this on a 7 hour flight & it helped keep me comfy. I would have liked for it to be a little wider at the circle opening, but all in all, it was a good purchase.

Comfy Pillow with Great Support
I got this for my hubby who is on disability due to chronic pain from a totally fused cervical spine. He has nerve damage and his pain levels vary each day. However, this pillow is just the right amount of cushion to fold in half and put behind his head for support while he is sitting. It's a great help to him and I will be ordering another 1 or 2 soon.

As expected!
This is the second of this pillow I have owned and I love it. I commute on the train for work and it fits in my bag and allows me to have a comfortable nap without my head and neck flopping or straining. I take this on vacation with me as well. Fits nicely over the handle of my carryon bag.
