I have had this pillow for over a year and i still love it,i would say it's firm/soft which is what i prefer.

Good pillow. Don't like the false advertising
Got my 1st good night's sleep with this pillow last night, it's good & firm & returns to shape once pressure is taken off it.I don't like the preposterous advertising that shows a woman sleeping on the pillow with a 10cm head span?! Bad photoshop. No need for that Kissmoon, costs you 1 star

Amazing!
I brought this pillow as 1 is suffer with been able to sleep or stay asleep and wake up with bad back since purchasing this pillow I’m managing to stay asleep and my back feel much better highly recommend it’s a god send could be a little firmer as I do like a firm pillow but it’s great! Defo worth the money

The best pillow I’ve ever had
Yea his pillow is amazing. I’ve had it for months now and suffer with a bad back and this is life changing!It never changes it’s shape and it’s better than other similar pillows because of the shape.

Not for side sleepers
Waking every morning with constant neck and shoulder pains I thought I'd invest in a decent pillow so after finding this one I was alittle put off because of the price but reading some good reviews I gave it ago. Its great if u sleep constantly on your back but im a side sleeper too and it's not the best I gave it a weeks trial but to no joy my pain got worse so I stopped using it. But my partner thinks it's brill.. on opening it had a weird smell which lasted afew days. I've had no complaints from my partner. So its good for some just no good for me.

Recomend but very ‘supportive’
Sleep great, haven’t lost shape but a teeny bit too high and gives me tiny neck pain but I’m sure they will adjust soon

It smells!
It’s really a shame, because I think it could really worthy it.But when you lay down on it or even get near you will start smelling an unhealthy and toxic chemicals smell.they should have given it a wash before selling it.I have had a economic memory foam pillow before which I bought from Amazon and that wasn’t having any smell.The smelling of this is really a strong chemical one.I have to return it back because it is infesting my bedroom.

Great memory foam pillow
This memory foam pillow is firm but not too firm. I've used it for a few nights now and slept really well. Only downside is it's not too high but it's a matter of getting used to it I assume. Overall, definitely recommend this pillow and great price.
