It does what it says
It’s an accurate product to the advertisement. It does send really good video. You can access it on your phone even when you’re not at home as long as the cam is connected through Wi-Fi. You can adjust it, but you have to do it manually. You can’t control it remotely. The sound is not synced, it takes a few seconds between when your child cries and when you might hear it on the cam. It does take time to set it up, but I like the childproofing that comes with it and I do appreciate the peace of mind it brings me if I’m not able to watch him 24/7. I don’t use the speech feature as much because it’s not that clear and my child doesn’t respond to it. But I do like the video and knowing that he’s safe and ok while I move about the house taking care of chores.

Love the idea
Love the idea and the ability to check the monitor from anywhere but the execution isnt there. Even with full wifi bars im often having to open and close to the app multiple times before my monitor actually shows up. With how expensive they are I expected more.

Have 2 now
We had the pampers brand camera but they discontinued it and the app stopped working. We tried the owlet and love it. The picture is clear, the connection has never been lost, the app has always functioned for us. The other camera always had connection problems. We loved this camera so much we bought a second one for our vacation home.
