We still have this chair 6 years later! My husband uses it as his gaming chair and it’s super comfortable and sturdy. He likes the ergonomic design. We would buy this again if we had to.

Comfortable and good for the money.

Well, we had it too far assembled to package it back up to return it. But, on the left hand side of the seat (while sitting in it) there’s an incomplete stitching; leaving about a half-inch opening in “the corner”. And on the right hand side (again, while sitting in it) the upholstery was unfinished for the bolt holes for the backing of the seat; the back rest. So, I had to use a fresh blade of my box cutter to create openings for the bolts. The stuffing of the backrest created an issue finding the holes in which to pass the bolts. I’m not saying it was a catastrophe, but it was so frustrating that I chose to remove the armrest, attach that to the backrest FIRST, so I could do it on the floor instead of trying to match the holes while holding the backrest up in the air. Anyway, I’m pretty satisfied with the overall quality of the chair, but highly disappointed with the quality of the pre-manufacturing. Also, was this chair created to be the “platform” for a vibrating backrest? There are extra screws and a wire hanging down along with a “plug-in” hand-held button.

This was a great buy and really nice for the money for sure! IDK why some of these reviews say the directions are hard to follow, they were very clear and easy, even has pictures that make it so you do not even have to read it. I was worried for the price it would seem cheap looking in person but its not at all, even the hardware came with locktite already on the bolts and the tool provided was a T-handle style tool (not a cheap Allan wrench like I was expecting). Assembly only took me 5 minutes. Armrests are perfect placement for my desk and the chair does lean back a touch but not on its own, you must put pressure on the chair back which it nice. I'm 250 lbs 5' 11" and am very comfy with room to spare. The chair is also double stitched too. When I lay my head back the bottom of my head or the top of my neck it at the top of the chair beck I can rest there no problem. I have a small thin rug behind me and this rollers on this thing even roll over it like glass, I even have better chairs that don't roll near as nice at this one, lol. Chair is nice and padded but not the thickest in the world but just how I like it. I will update as I use it over the year.

This will be my third and final purchase of this model of gaming chair from this manufacturer. The fabric, upholstery, and design of the chair are fine except for a gas lift which lasts only 3 months or less on the average. The poorly designed base tube and lift mechanism wrenches the air lift so tightly inside them that none of the suggested and commonly used tools will remove it for replacement without damaging these two parts. The manufacturer should either redesign the base tube and lift mechanism to allow for easier removal of a failed air lift or they should package two each base tubes and two each lift mechanisms in each package to allow the customer the option of extending the life of the chair instead of contributing to increased amounts of office chair landfill waste due to failed air lifts. The three month warrantee expires too soon or at the end of the life expectancy of the air lift when all three parts would be needed to fix the chair. To be fair, that warrantee should be for at least six months.Update: I recommend purchasing a better quality gas lift instead of using the inferior quality stock gas lifts that comes with these chairs. Out of the four chairs of this type that I have purchased from this seller, only the last two are working perfectly with their new higher quality gas lifts that I purchased separately. The first chair only lasted for 18 months or so due to its failing stock gas lift and upholstery deterioration. The second chair had a failed gas lift that could not be removed and replaced because of the designs of the base tube and lift mechanism. I was able to repair this chair by using a two-piece 1-1/8" axle clamp to hold the lift shaft at my preferred height so, it works out perfectly now. For the this price and the price of the better gas lift and or a two-piece axle clamp, it can be a good chair that will last for the next two years.
