I am on my feet all day and walk a lot throughout the day on different surfaces. These insoles have helped me feet out a lot. They are very comfy and fit great in my work shoe. Great bang for the buck

I mean, to be honest.....they are ok and do add a little tiny arch support and cushion to the feet but they are NOT like walking on clouds. They are not BAD and not GREAT.....just "OK".

I get heel pain when I walk so I needed something that softened the impact of walking while not changing the arch support. Others I’ve tried seem to be designed for higher arches and are uncomfortable for me.

I love shoes. Thank being said, I put these insoles in all my shoes. Just take out the old shoe insoles, trace them with a sharpie and trim to fit. Work great 👍
