No, just one, but these cuffs should outlast our lifetime. If you don't plan on using them often (or often, relative), and use them 3 x per week, they will last you a lifetime. I've used these thousands of times already and they still look brand new. But for personal use, I recommend people get a cotton or polyester based product that you can remove and add weights. Commercial use they are awesome, personal, expensive. Depends on how you look at it.
